Social-Cultural Aspect

• Develop and promote tourism in Puerto La Boca, Puerto Cayo and other surrounding communities, support and publicize aspects of local culture, such as the local cuisine, lifestyle, festivals, native fishing craft and rescue activities that are threatened to disappear as a manual fisherman’s net etc.
• We will undertake actions that can promote the recovery and protection of historical heritage – cultural.

Environmental Aspect

• Teach our community, guests and partners, the importance of biodiversity of native plants in gardens, protection of natural areas and conservation, as well as promote environmental education.

• Make efficient use of scarce resources such as water and also electricity (generator of global CO2), permanent awareness to our guests, associates and the community through talks and actions.

• To take advantage of future solar and wind energy resources for the operational activities of the daily day.

• Helping to create habits in the classification of wastes and use them in different applications, involving all stakeholders (guests, associates and community).

• As a hostel with 17 rooms, there is less human impact on the area, as opposed to a larger infrastructure to accommodate more people.

Business Aspect

• To develop the human talent of the Lodge and there for improve the lives of themselves, provide job security,happy and motivated staff who likes to serve with good attitude, always exceeding expectations.

• Efficient use of resources, investing, improving and developing the company’s profitability.

• Set a good preventive maintenance to equipment and tools of the company.

• Provide secure travel services other than risk to the company, its employees and guests.
• Monitor and take action in managing quality of the guest and its associates.

We are eager to receive feedback from our guests and customers to improve even more our efforts.

On April 27 – 2013,  we organized with the committee of  “Puerto La Boca” a free medical brigade for the children of that community. The team consisted of three specialists:a general Doctor, a Dentist and a Psychologist, which aimed to improve the health conditions, counsel parents not to medicate, act quickly when they see certain symptoms of poor nutrition or parasitism, the importance of good oral health,cognitive stimulation of children and personalized assistance to those suffering from domestic violence. We attended 53 children with their parents.

We contribute to this brigade with love and commitment to improving the quality of life in our children, which is the future of our community and our country.
